This curry is the result of a mixture of high quality spices which give it its characteristic flavor: full-bodied, but not excessive.

Ideas for use:

Dilute a full tablespoon of powder (20g) in 200ml cold milk, stir well and cook for 5 minutes over low heat. This sauce goes well with savory stir frys, rice, eggs, etc...
