Porcini mushroom sauce
Ideas for use:
Pour 30g of powder (2 full tablespoons) into 150ml of cold water. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly witha whisk; cook for at least 10min. Accented with cream at the end of cooking, this is a Boletus mushroom sauce par excellence!
