Many morels give this sauce its unsurpassed flavor an an excellent value for the money.
Ideal with white wine as an excellent base for morel mushroom fondue!

Ideas for use:

Add 25g of powder (1 full tablespoon) to 250ml of cool water at least 1 hour before cooking. Bring to aboil, stirring constantly. Simmer 10 minutes over low heat. Add a little cream and reduce. Works well withmeat, pasta, rice, etc..

Starches, morel mushrooms, lactose, flavor enhancer (glutamate), non-iodized salt, animal fat,seasoning, onions, beef extract, spices, acidifier (citric acid).
