Ideas for use:
Add 25g of powder (1 full tablespoon) to 250ml of cool water at least 1 hour before cooking. Bring to aboil, stirring constantly. Simmer 10 minutes over low heat. Add a little cream and reduce. Works well withmeat, pasta, rice, etc..
