This excellent powdered sauce is easy to use and quick to prepare.
It never misses the spot!

Ideas for use:

Pour 40 grams (2 full tablespoons) into 500ml of warm milk and stir well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Simmer over low heat for 1 minute. For a more creamy sauce, finish it off with refined butter,margarine or egg yolk. Ideal for au gratin dishes, lasagna, etc


Flour, starch, non-iodized salt, lactose, flavor enhancer (glutamate), animal fat, seasoning, onions,spices, acidifier (citric acid).

Store the container in a cool, dry place. Swiss made.
