2 or 4 depending on the size zucchini, 100 g Spicy Breaded Aromax 1 cup chopped herbs (parsley, tarragon, chives, spinach), 2 eggs, 50 g of Gruyère cheese, 1 tbsp. Condiment soup to ail Aromax, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper. Poach zucchini ten minutes in boiling water. Meanwhile, grate the Gruyere. Peel the garlic. Breading Mix spicy condiment Aromax and garlic Aromax. Add the grated cheese, chopped herbs, egg and oil; mix well. Add salt and pepper. When the zucchini are poached (half cooked), remove them from the water, split them into 2 and remove the core (seeds and some pulp). Stuff the zucchini with stuffing and bake 35 minutes in a hot oven. Serve straight from the oven. It can be served with Café de Paris with fine herbs Aromax or with a fresh tomato sauce.
