Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 1 onion, chopped
- 50 g of butter
- Thyme, bay
- 200 g of cooked ham
- 200g long grain rice
- 1 tablespoon instant tomato sauce Aromax
- 1 tablespoon of chicken consommé Aromax
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch of seasoning with mushrooms Aromax
- 1 pinch of saffron
- 100 g grated cheese
In a saucepan, brown the chopped onion, seasoned with thyme and bay leaf, butter.
Then add the cooked ham cut into julienne and rice and let fry for three to four minutes.
Add instant mashed tomato sauce and tomato Aromax wet with hot Aromax consumed poultry.
Season with salt, pepper condiment Aromax with mushrooms and saffron and bring to a boil. Once it boils, cover, and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and add the grated cheese. Serve piping hot in the cooking pot.
