Ingredients (for 4 people): 15 ml of olive oil, 250 g skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces, 1 onion, 1 pinch of seasoning with mushrooms Aromax, 2 cloves garlic, crushed, 3 stalks celery, sliced, 225 g fresh mushrooms, 175 g peas, 200 g of corn kernels, 225 g wild rice, 425 ml chicken consommé Aromax, 425 ml dry white wine, 45 ml of various herbs (thyme, rosemary, sage, ...) , 25 g grated Parmesan cheese
preparation: Heat oil in a large saucepan. Add chicken and cook gently for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add all other ingredients except the herbs and Parmesan. Mix well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Cook gently, uncovered, for about 35 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice and chicken are cooked and tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed.Add herbs and mix. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve with a salad
