Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 200 g of spaghetti
- 2 egg yolks
- 160 g smoked bacon
- 15 cl sauce base for cream Aromax
- 60 g grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper

Bring to boil a pot of salted water. Dip the spaghetti and let them cook for about 12 minutes, until al dente. During the cooking spaghetti, cook the bacon in a dry pan until they are golden brown. Lower the heat and add the sauce to the cream base Aromax. Add salt, pepper and add the egg yolks, whisking so that they do not cook. Adjust seasoning with Italmix Aromax Drain the pasta. Pour into the pan, mix and decant into a serving dish. Serve with Parmesan separately.
