For 4 people: 400 g tagliatelles.Sauce: 100g grated nuts, 100g grated Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of parsley or chopped basil. Cook the tagliatelle high boiling salted water (please follow the package directions for cooking times). On the other hand, mix the grated nuts, Parmesan cheese, seasoning, oil and herbs.
